1. About Crochetals

Crochetals is a handmade crochet brand owned by Soniya Kakada, based in Hingoli, Maharashtra - 431513, India.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Orders

• Crochetals currently accepts 100% prepaid orders only.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable but may be introduced in the future.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Crochetals reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, misuse, suspicious activity, technical issues, or pricing errors are detected.

4. Pricing & Technical Errors

We make every effort to ensure that product prices are accurate. However, technical or system errors may occasionally display an incorrect price, including ₹0 or a significantly incorrect amount.

If such an error occurs:

• Crochetals reserves the right to cancel the order.
• Any payment received for that order will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Payment

• Full payment must be completed before an order is processed.
• Once payment is successfully completed, the order cannot be cancelled by the customer.

6. Cancellation & Refund

• Orders cannot be cancelled after successful payment.
• Refunds are generally not available after payment.
• Refunds will only be issued in cases approved by Crochetals, such as verified technical pricing errors or other exceptional situations decided by our team.

7. Handmade Products

Every Crochetals product is handmade with care.

Because each item is handcrafted:

• Slight differences in size, shape, design, or color may occur.
• These natural variations are not considered defects.
• Product colors may appear slightly different due to different mobile screens, monitors, or lighting conditions.

8. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2 to 7 business days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
• Crochetals is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

9. Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is submitted:

• Please contact Crochetals within 12 hours by emailing hello.crochetals@gmail.com or sending a message to our official Instagram @Crochetals_.
• If the order has not yet been shipped, our team will try to update the address.
• Once the order has been shipped, address changes may not be possible.

10. Damaged Package

If your parcel arrives damaged:

• Record a clear, continuous, uncut parcel opening video.
• Contact Crochetals through Instagram or email as soon as possible.
• Our team will review the evidence.
• Based on the investigation, Crochetals may provide a replacement, refund, another suitable solution, or reject the claim if sufficient proof is not available.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and delivery information.
• Use the website lawfully.
• Not misuse, copy, damage, or interfere with the website or its services.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on Crochetals, including product photographs, logos, branding, graphics, website design, text, and other materials, belongs to Crochetals and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

Crochetals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website, products, or services, except where required by applicable law.
